Drunken Sailor Jam with Ricotta & Seasonal Fruit
INGREDIENTS:
- Sourdough Toast
- 250g Ricotta
- 1 Punnet Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Fresh Figs
- 100g Crushed Pistachios
- Drunken Sailor Pear, Vanilla & Whiskey Jam
METHOD:
Spread a thin layer of Drunken Sailor Pear, Vanilla & Whiskey Jam then a liberal amount of Ricotta on top.
Slice Strawberries and fig and place over the ricotta.
Dollop more Drunken Sailor Pear, Vanilla & Whiskey Jam between the fruit slices
Sprinkle crushed pistachios over toast and voila.
