INGREDIENTS:
- Drunken Sailor Blood Orange and Saffron Marmalade
- 120ml Tequila or Agave spiritÂ
- 120ml blood orange juiceÂ
- 60ml lime jucie
- 40ml CointreauÂ
- IceÂ
- Optional to serve: rimming salt with spice - we love this one from Karu Distillery, and a wedge of fresh blood orange.
METHOD:
- Into a blender or NutriBullet cup pourÂ
- 120ml Tequila or Agave spirit
- 120ml blood orange juice (we just freshly squeezed a few oranges to get this)Â
- 60ml lime juice (again freshly squeezed is best for this)Â
- 40ml CointreauÂ
- 4 Table spoons of Drunken Sailor Blood Orange and Saffron Marmalade
- Throw in a small handful of iceÂ
- Blend it up!Â
- Wet the rim of your glass and dip into rimming salt - we love this one from Karu Distillery, as it gives a good spicy kick!
- Pour the blended mixture into your glass, and garnish with a wedge of fresh blood orange to serve!Â
