Pigs In Blankets (AKA Wiener Winks)

Footy's back, and we have game day sorted for you.
These pigs in blankets (aka wiener winks) are the ultimate easy footy snack - quick to make, easy to demolish, and perfect for sharing. This one REALLY IS EASY!
We’ve levelled them up with a hit of Drunken Sailor Tomato Sauce and Drunken Sailor Yellow Mustard for that flavour.
Perfect for game day, party finger food or easy entertaining. Don’t expect leftovers!
INGREDIENTS:
- Drunken Sailor Tomato Sauce
- Drunken Sailor Yellow Mustard
- All butter puff pastry - we love Careme's frozen one
- Kransky Chipolatas
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180- degrees C
- Start by rolling out the pastry onto a flat work service (keeping the paper underneath so it doesn't stick!)
- Place a kransky chipolata horizontally in the top corner of the pastry. Using it as a guide, cut diagonally down through the pastry to create a long triangle.
- Do this for the whole sheet of pastry.


- Place a kransky chipolata horizontally at the top wider edge of each triangle.
- Drizzle the Drunken Sailor Tomato Sauce and Drunken Sailor Yellow Mustard inside each pastry triangle.
- Now time to roll! Roll up each kransy chipolata in the pastry like a mini croissant.
- Transfer each of these onto an oven tray lined with baking paper
- Chuck them in the oven at 180 degrees C for for 15-20 minutes
- Once golden brown pastry, take these out of the over and dig in!
- Don't forget to serve up the delish Drunken Sailor Tomato Sauce and Drunken Sailor Yellow Mustard as extra dipping sauces!
